The Xiaomi 14 is a high-end Android smartphone and the standard member of Xiaomi’s flagship 14 series, officially launched in late October 2023 and made available in China from November 1, 2023.

Design & Display

  • Compact and ergonomic: Measures 152.8 × 71.5 × ~8.2 mm and weighs around 193 g (glass version). A refined rail design and curved back make it comfortable for one-handed use.

  • Premium finish: Available in Jade Green, Black, White, Snow Mountain Pink, and Ocean Blue.

  • Display: 6.36-inch LTPO AMOLED panel, 2670×1200 resolution (~460 ppi), dynamic refresh rate from 1–120 Hz, touch sampling up to 240 Hz. Features ultra-thin 1.61 mm bezels.

  • Supports Dolby Vision, HDR10+, 68 billion colors, DCI-P3 color gamut, and achieves peak brightness of around 3000 nits.

Performance & Software

  • Processor: Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 (4 nm), with octa-core CPU (including Cortex-X4 and Cortex-A720/A520) and Adreno 750 GPU.

  • Memory & Storage: Configurations offering 8/12/16 GB RAM and 256/512 GB to 1 TB storage (UFS 4.0)

  • OS: Runs Xiaomi’s HyperOS (initially based on Android 14); global rollout of HyperOS 2.0 has begun

  • Connectivity: Full support across 2G–5G, dual SIM (with eSIM option), Wi-Fi 6e/7, Bluetooth 5.4.
